Using LotFox

You must use LotFox lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, publishing a listing, contacting another user, or submitting content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

LotFox may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may remove content or restrict accounts when we believe activity violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the marketplace.

Listings and Property Information

Sellers and listing publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership rights, pricing, photos, parcel details, disclosures, and availability of the land or related opportunity they publish. LotFox does not guarantee that listing information is complete, current, verified, or suitable for your intended use.

Buyers should perform their own due diligence before entering a transaction, including review of title, boundaries, access, zoning, utilities, taxes, restrictions, financing terms, and local rules. LotFox content is for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax, surveying, title, or real estate advice.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as listing text, photos, files, messages, and profile information. You grant LotFox permission to host, display, process, copy, modify for formatting, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You may not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, or fraudulent content. You must have the rights needed to upload and share any content you provide.

Transactions and Third Parties

LotFox provides marketplace tools that help users discover opportunities and communicate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LotFox is not a party to transactions between buyers, sellers, agents, service providers, or other third parties.

Third-party services, links, payment processors, map providers, county resources, local providers, and external websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. LotFox is not responsible for third-party content or services.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some LotFox features, listing plans, promotions, or subscriptions may require payment. Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown where the paid service is offered. You are responsible for applicable fees, taxes, and accurate billing information.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse LotFox, interfere with security, scrape or harvest data without permission, spam users, impersonate others, post deceptive listings, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers

LotFox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, listing accuracy, transaction outcomes, buyer quality, seller performance, financing availability, parcel suitability, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotFox and its owners, team members, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or transaction losses arising from your use of LotFox.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of LotFox after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
